Maria Lisenko was an incredible help throughout the purchase of my first home! Maria was without a doubt the best. We even consider her family! She was amazing to work with. Prior to Maria, we had a broker and a real estate agent who were very difficult to work with. Our house sat on the market with 0 offers for 3 months. Mind you, these realtors were well-known in both South Bend and Granger, but were only looking to make quick sales within Granger. They also proposed that we drop our asking price by more than 40K. We fired them and due to a referral from a friend, we met Maria. After keeping our house off the market for a month, we made it official to go with Maria and Cressy and Everett and put our house back on the market. Within 3 days we had several offers and tons of traffic in and out of our house. We didn't have to drop our asking price. Maria has the best interests of you and your family all the time. She is transparent, creative, and gets the job done. Thank you, Maria!!

We were house hunting from out-of-state. Maria did video tours with us to save us from having to come to South Bend every time a potential house became available. After our first tour, Maria understood our needs and helped with suggestions to better narrow our search. Maria advocated on our behalf during negotiations with the seller. Even after the closing, Maria continued to assist us by providing us with local contractors and vendors. Overall, Maria was a great realtor to work with.
Wow where do we begin. Maria was amazing from the beginning. When we were on vacation our bladder tank went out. Maria went to our house cleaned up the water and called someone to come out and fix it. She always knew what to say and do to help us. If you want someone who truly cares Maria is the one without a doubt.

I refer all of my friends and family to Maria. I have found over the years that not everyone has your best interest in mind. But, I don't feel that way with Maria. She is approachable, responsive, fair and efficient. She is patient and professional and listens to what I have to say. I have worked with other realtors both personally and professionally-none of them can compare to Maria. She had been there through multiple commercial purchases and personal purchases and sales!
Following my mother's unexpected passing, Maria was so helpful in assisting us in all aspects of getting her home sold. She is exceedingly professional, communicative, and kind and knows the local market very well. Maria's assistance extended beyond the listing process... she went so far as to help us identify a individual who could assist with cleaning out the home, and even brought us a cash buyer within days. Maria's assistance made the sale of my mother's home much easier, and certainly helped provide some measure of relief and closure during a time of sadness for our family.
