We have always used Cressy&Everett when we sold other homes. This time Maria was referred to us from our agent who retired. Well she didn't disappoint. Maria was in constant contact with me and made the process of selling this home very easy. Looks like I found a new realtor at Cressy&Everett.

Maria the sink I was incredibly warm and friendly personality. She always manage to fit us in and get me into the properties that I was most interested in seeing, if I had found them myself. She also made sure to have plenty of properties for me to choose and see. I felt like I had great options, and she was very honest with me about all the property details. Going into closing, I was feeling incredibly confident, and it was a very smooth and Exciting experience.

When I was looking for a home out of state, I needed someone who was readily available to show homes virtually. Maria was always game for a showing, even if she was busy. She was willing to send me videos of homes if we couldn't meet virtually at the same hour of the day. I really appreciated her responsiveness and reliability! Maria took us under her arms in our first home buying process in this crazy market. When we put a bid on the first home to going through a rough inspection she was right there by our side to help us get out of a bad situation with easy and got us right back on the market. Maria was available every single time I sent her 10 houses at a time n made time for us to see them all. She was just a text away for every question I had an was very prompt to get back to us. I would've never known she had other clients because how dedicated she was too us. During the house tours we had our children with us Maria would always take over to help us with them so we could look at the houses. When we finally found our home she was amazing to get through the process an made sure we understood everything that was happening. We not only made a friend but she made us feel like family. Maria is a hard dedicated worker to her clients and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a house or selling their home. We would use her again in a heartbeat!

Maria is really great. One of her best qualities is her prompt responses. She always makes herself available and works really hard to help you accomplish your goal. She's obviously extremely dedicated to her work. I'm so impressed with her that I would want her to handle any real estate opportunities that come my way. From the day we started working with Maria looking for our first home for so much easier. You can always reach Maria (to the point where if we were friends I'd tell her to work less!). She knew we were first-time buyers (and shoppers), and treated us with respect, explaining her reasoning for things, and helping us connect to the local community. We have neither friends nor family here, so we don't have recommendations from anyone else. Having someone be our "friend" and "neighbor" (in a sense) meant that we were engaging with local businesses (inspectors, etc.) who do excellent work. I felt cared for and like Maria was our connection to the community.

If I had to go through the home buying process again I would pick Maria again with no hesitations. I have recommended her to everyone that I know even if they are not buying or selling, when the time comes she will be the only person I call. Maria was not only knowledgeable of the area but also people who would be able to help me with inspections and financing. Everyone that she suggested was trustworthy, quick to respond, and helpful. Maria is the best and knows the best which made me feel comfortable in my decision to purchase my home. Excellent is an understatement when it comes to describing Maria. Not only was she friendly and knowledgeable, but she was also someone who you could feel comfortable putting your trust in. As a young home buyer it was nerve wracking going into the market, Maria was sure to explain anything I did not understand and never made it seem like I asked a silly question. I really enjoyed how you could tell she loved her job and was in it for the people and not the paycheck. She may have started as a realtor but she ended as a friend.

Overall, Maria was great to work with. She was friendly, available, quick and responsive, and she made sure to make us feel comfortable with everything and not rushed into buying a home. Every time we wanted to see a house she was ready to get going on it and she helped us bridge the gap from what we knew we wanted and what knowledge we lacked to be able to make that happen. We would definitely recommend Maria to friends and family and will likely reach out to her again next time we are in the market.

Good experience

Maria helped me understand how to stand out as a buyer. She helped me write a letter to the seller and present a very strong offer. She really knew how to address the sellers market with confidence. She was quick to respond and timely for appointments, which in a sellers market can make a big difference. I liked her work ethic so much we are using her to sell our current home.

I was put in touch with Maria from Zillow, and she was kind and helpful in the process of searching for a house. She stayed up long hours to work on offers for me, worked on weekends and worked hard to get showings even last minute, which was great in this market. She was the one who told me I should take a look at the house I eventually bought. She clearly knows the market and the South Bend area well. The process was fast but not as stressful as I would have thought. We would recommend Maria for anyone else looking to buy right now! My only feedback was as a first time home buyer and this crazy fast market right now I was a bit confused on certain steps in the process, what were my responsibilities and rights as a buyer and I would ask for more guidance if needed if you have never been through the buying experience.

We decided to wait about a year to better prepare for a purchase and Maria encouraged us to continue on towards our final purchase. Without her input we’d be preparing for another try next year.
