Maria was absolutely wonderful! She came the same day we contacted her about the home and was so professional and friendly. For us it really meant a lot to make a connection with our realtor and Maria did a great job understanding what we needed and what we were looking for. She works so hard for her clients and works all hours of the day. She worked and was texting us until midnight one night. She is always there to support her clients and she is such a great communicator which is important when making a large decision of buying and selling a home. She not only sold our house in two days but found our dream home at the same time. We couldn’t be happier with how wonderful and smooth both transactions went. We had no stress at all in this process because Maria was always there to calm out anxieties during this process. Maria was so professional and actually surprised us with the estimated value of what we could sell our home for, which we received not only the asking price but had competing offers and received over asking price. This happened because she came in and told us exactly what we would need to do to get the home sold and she was right! Everything that she did lead to us accepting an offer two days after we listed it. She answered every question and she makes herself available for her clients we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
We heard only great things about Maria from a good friend who worked with her on his first home, so we contacted her right away. Maria was extremely helpful from the very beginning! Being first-time buyers in a very hot market, we were looking for an affordable starter home we could put our own stamp on. She picked up on our preferred style of home right away, and was extremely respectful of our price range and needs. Maria was willing to show us houses as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m., and was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns throughout the entire process from showings and offers through to inspections, negotiations and closing. It was truly a pleasure working with her, and we highly recommend Maria to anyone else looking for a home in Michiana!
Maria is the best, Dakota and I will definitely choose her again if we ever decide to sell. Maria was quick to answer any questions we had, it didn't matter what time of day it was!! Maria knew we had a budget, and always made sure we didn't look at houses that were not in our price range, we only looked at three houses, and fell in love with the first one we walked into!!! Maria supported us and told us its ok to fall in love with the first house you see. Maria went above and beyond. Maria did everything she could to make sure we knew what was going on and what to expect!! Dakota and I knew we were in good hands. Maria took good care of us!! Dakota and my experience with Maria and Cressy and Everett was awesome!! I will never forget the memories Dakota and I have had with Maria, house buying isn't like HGTV, it is stressful, but Maria helped us have a good experience and kept us positive and on the right track. We contacted agent when saw on Zillow. She was willing to show us the house on Saturday and again on Sunday. Very easy to work with and met with us whenever on spur of moment Made it very easy to work around our schedule on closing too concerned about our situation and wanting us to be able to purchase house. Maria reaches out to me personally when I asked for realtors on a social media group. She was patient and kind when I was still in shock about a curveball life had thrown us. She showed us a few houses, helped us make a great choice, and then did her magic with the sale. We are so happy in our new home, and I am so glad that we worked with her! This is the second weekend I spend in my new home, and while my boyfriend and I have coffee in our solar, looking at the birds and squirrels in the yard, I think that this truly is my ideal house. I also think that we are sitting here thanks to Maria Lisenko, as in many ways she made this purchase possible. This is the first home I buy in the U.S., and probably because of that, I was plagued with doubts. I wanted to see many houses, oscillated between neighborhoods and priorities, and then, when I set my heart on a house, started doubting whether it was the right choice. Throughout all that process, Maria was there, patiently conforting me, knowingly gathering information, answering questions and making appropriate suggestions. She was such a great and trustworthy company, that I confidently left on a two week trip right before my closing date, knowing that she would be able to solve anything that came along during that time. One of the things that most impressed me of Maria is that she followed up with me after my closing date. She wanted to make sure that everything was fine, and when I thought I had a difficulty -which was nothing- she helped me contact the appropriate services. Such is her commitment to her clients.
We met Maria at an open house showing. We had been to several others and most of the time got nothing more than a greeting from the agent. Maria asked and answered questions and we knew right away that she was the one who we wanted to help us find our home. We were probably one of Maria's more difficult clients. We looked at dozens of homes in both Elkhart and St Joseph counties. Many more than once and a few three times. She never complained, just assured us we would find our new home. Our patience was tested by inspection and mortgage approval process. She was always helping to make sure everything possible was done to avoid unnecessary delays. Maria was extremely helpful with her advice concerning our offers and counter offers. I can't imagine there was anyone else that we could have worked with and felt as good about the whole experience. Maria was truly a blessing from God to us.

Maria Lisenko was always very understanding and helpful. Our situation changed a few times and she made sure to work with our current needs. She made herself available as often as possible to show us potential houses. She made sure we understood everything from the time an offer was put in all the way up until closing day.
